How do I track my package?
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and link to track updates.
How do I return or exchange an item from my order?
To set up a return online, you may do so by checking your order status through MY ORDERS in your account. If you checked out as a guest, you can go through the Shipping and Returns page in the 'Returns Process' section.
Online purchases can be exchanged at one of our shops. We are not able to provide exchanges online.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.
How do I find my size?
You can use our Size Guide to reference your measurements and find your perfect fit.
Where can I purchase Kit and Ace?
Authentic Kit and Ace products are only available through kitandace.com and our shop locations listed here.
