As the Allocations, Replenishment & Data Analyst, you will be responsible for reporting and analysing sales and inventory data to ensure that shops have the inventory to reach sales targets as directed by the Planning Manager. You will support the Inventory Analyst with stock transfers and receipts in order to keep an accurate inventory of products on hand. You are detail orientated with a clear understanding of database structure and integration with the ability to extract, organize and report on data to ensure our shop locations maximize sales through the right levels of inventory.p>

Weekly Responsibilities:
  • Work with Design Manager to assist and prepare presentations for key meetings
  • Execute weekly replenishment and allocation orders for all shop locations and ensure inventory transfers are completed
  • Maintain and update product roadmaps and communicate to all other teams
  • Create and maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reporting on product sales and inventory to support Merchandise Manager and Planner
  • Provide inventory and product sales information to Marketing, Shop and Merchandising teams as requested. Communicate updates on products and feedback from shops to and from the Product Team
  • Support Inventory Analyst with manual inventory adjustments and maintaining accurate inventory levels in NetSuite
  • Seasonally Responsilities

  • Set up and maintain seasonal style information in Product Line Management Software to ensure accurate set up in Operating system
  • Ensure that SKU data in NetSuite is accurate, update as needed for product updates, prices, markdowns and flags
  • Analyze size performance by store level and style level, and apply learnings to product buys
  • Upload POs to Netsuite and continually update arrival information as provided by production coordinator
  • Prepare garment Hangtag information and provide to Production Coordinator
  • Coordinate price adjustments with warehouse and shop staff
  • An undergraduate degree or diploma in design, apparel, or related field is preferred
  • Smart, no ego, fun, goal-oriented, driven by integrity and powered by Optimism
  • Advanced Excel Skills and experience extracting large amounts of data and the ability to consolidate into simple reports that are easy to read and understand by all levels in the business

  • Exceptional organization, time management, and communication skills
  • COMPUTER SKILLS: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Outlook / Email, Product Line Management (PLM) software experience preferred
  • Netsuite or similar experience preferred
  • You must also be an effective communicator (oral and written) & team player to step into this challenging role and be confident at building good internal and external relationships
  • Great sense of humour, positive outlook, and able to effectively receive and communicate feedback
