What is Optimism?

We believe Optimism is a mindset and a choice. It is the belief that the future is full of opportunities.

Amplifying Optimism is the ripple effect that occurs when we show up as Optimists in our everyday lives and inspire others to do the same.

WHO IS AN AMPLIFIER?

Amplifiers come from different walks of life but have one thing in common: their Optimistic energy is contagious, and they share it with those around them. Amplifiers are catalysts for positive change in the world.

The Amplifier Program elevates Optimists in our community.

One size doesn’t fit all, and we’ve tailored this program to support and uplift you and your mission.

Amplifiers align with our values of Optimism, Fun, Learning and Responsibility and are real world Optimism ambassadors.

An amplifier:

● Is outfitted in Kit and Ace clothing.

● Receives personalized goal coaching.

● Has a voice that we amplify throughout our community.

This is not a transactional relationship. We will be getting to know each other and building an experience that supports you and inspires others.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Your application will be reviewed, and if selected you will be contacted by a member of our Community team who will talk you through the details and get you started. Due to the volume of incoming applications, only those selected for the program will be contacted.
