    Fabulous!

Love the style - neckline, drop shoulder etc. The merino wool is soft and comfy and very warm. Like wearing it with wide leg pants ...a simple but stunning classic!

    Gave it a miss

I went in to try the sweaters on and was disappointed by the loose weave on this one that seemed like it would pull easily and wasn’t dense enough to keep you warm. I am 5’10” and 34 DD and the M fit best in the body width but, while it is not labelled as cropped, wasn’t quite long enough to hang properly and still decently boxy. The L was very boxy though long enough. I couldn’t get my head around this as a long term staple in my closet like many of my older K&A sweaters and items in general, which I still wear constantly. Besides the decrease in quality and what appears to be measurements to a shorter body size, (had the same problems with the brushed cotton tops - weirdly abbreviated in M but way too bulky/boxy in L - it’s winter in Canada people we can’t be exposing our stomachs when we lift our arms), I can’t also get my head around the marketing. Constant emails proclaiming sales and new arrivals (which arrived and were announced 3 weeks prior) and it cheapens the brand. There used to be a few good sales a year on the high quality products and we’d know. Now everything is on permanent discount. I went in with the intent to buy, had 6 items on my list, and left empty handed. I’ve decided to unsubscribe to emails and try to find a new favourite store. For reference, I am a fit 57 year old who likes edgy/current fashion and I think that the store has changed its focused on a new younger demographic to the exclusion of mine - with all the cropped items, weird…
