Sarah Best and Mitch Grifis live busy, full-contact lives – rising early and laying down late with jam-packed social itineraries. But one thing the couple constantly make time for is play. Here they share some of their favourite places to do some conscious coupling.

The Underpass Skatepark

The Underpass Skatepark is where you can find Grifis blowing off some steam after a day at the office. The couple come to this spot for its ability to make them feel like they’ve been taken out of the city while remaining smack dab in it (plus, it's a great sanctuary from the rain).

Track & Field

At Track & Field, you'll find these two sipping on their drinks of choice: Old Fashions and daiquiris while partaking in a playful match of bocce or even shuffle board – whatever the mood strikes.

There's a lot of friendly – well, depending on how competitve you are – banter thrown around at Spin. Ping pong enthusaists and those looking for a little playful competition will love it here.

Griffis is wearing the Bidwell Pant 2.0

You'll find an unusual, but core-strengthening play date at Boulderz's unassuming garage-like studio space. It’s like taking a trip to Colorado, only here you get high on the wall.

Get Well

The piece de resistance – drop in at Get Well for pizza, drinks and some vintage arcade games. They even have Dolly Parton pinball. What's not to love?
