As the Senior Producer you will lead a creative production team and are responsible for the coordination and scheduling of all shoots, both still and video, to maximum productivity and ensure all assets are delivered to the highest brand standards of Kit and Ace. You are to ensure the highest level of creative output through the ideation, creation and development of photographic and video initiatives and the management of production and planning processes. 


  • Oversee the production of creative assets that increase brand awareness, build brand equity and increase engagement – on budget and on time.


  • Lead and develop a team high functioning photography and videography team
  • Oversee and manage the budget for all creative production assets
  • Plans, schedules and maintains the international market photographer’s calendar and ensures all deliverables are met
  • Manages all creative production assets for photography, ecommerce and catalogues
  • Assisting the photography team to schedule and co-ordinate photography of all products through the department, through retouching and final delivery
  • Owns by when’s and key calendar dates for catalogue/ecommerce content required by the Brand Creative Director and Ecommerce in order to meet all brand/ecommerce drop calendar objectives (both digital and retail)
  • Management of freelancers including editorial stylist, models, hair and make-up artists, and re-touchers
  • Management of non-in-house creative teams in line with the creative direction and shoot schedule
  • Managing freelance photographers, which includes sourcing, recruiting and hiring photographers and managing their calendar bookings for look books, campaigns and editorial content
  • Manage production logistics for campaigns such as source locations, props, talent booking and negotiations, permits, detailed billing, travel and accommodations when needed.
  • Work in partnership with other departments to create and manage the photographic production schedule; ensuring on-brand results and on-time delivery
  • Appropriately estimate the time required to complete each project by managing time effectively to meet all by when’s
  • Presents ideas/concepts that you have been asked for to the Brand Creative Director and is accepting of constructive feedback while also understanding the constraints of the business
  • Be a team player on the brand creative team while supporting other departments


  • Brand Creative Director, Product Experience Specialist, Senior Content Strategist, and the Studio Manager



  • 5+ years’ experience producing video and still photoshoots, including budget management of all assets
  • Results-oriented and process-driven, with high expectations of self and team
