Play Issue: Photo Essay 

Let your hair down and have some fun.

To do this week:

  1. Find a set of swings.
  2. Secure balance via the chains connecting structure and seat.
  3. Lower yourself onto  seat.
  4. Place feet flat on the ground, with knees at a 90-degree angle.
  5. Propel forward and lift into the air.
  6. Lift feet up, tilt head back, close eyes.
  7. Keep your phone in your pocket. (The hustle will go on without you.)
  8. Coil, spring. Push, release.
