How do I track my package? Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and link to track updates.
How do I return or exchange an item from my order? To set up a return online, you may do so by checking your order status through MY ORDERS in your account. If you checked out as a guest, you can go through the Shipping and Returns page in the 'Returns Process' section. Online purchases can be exchanged at one of our shops. We are not able to provide exchanges online.
