PURPOSE

As the Studio Manager, you are responsible for project managing brand creative projects through all phases of a project life cycle. This role works strategically with cross functional teams to ensure all projects remain within scope, on budget and on time. The function of this role is to drive the development of creative assets and processes required to drive brand equity and awareness across all brand channels both on and offline. The Studio Manager is responsible for many of the tasks which are the key to running and maintaining an effective Brand Creative studio. Scope entails effective scheduling, processing trafficking and reporting for all design team projects from brief to completion.

PRODUCTIVITY METRICS

  • Develop and maintain processes that ensures success for all stakeholders through brand projects
  • Support the brand team in achieving their strategic objectives. Remove barriers, enroll in process and ensure team is positioned for success. Act as a resource that connects the brand team to available internal resources
  • Prepare project business cases, brand pitches, check in meetings and manage project work back schedules

RESPONSIBILITIES

Process

  • Develop, own and execute workflow and traffic process for the studio
  • Develop, own and execute processes between Brand Creative and ecommerce/digital, media, PR, product and retail teams
  • Develop, coordinate and execute Brand Creative brand briefs and work with Brand Creative team managers to allocate projects and timelines
  • Oversee, coordinate and organize brand briefs and work with Brand creative team managers to allocate projects and timelines

Execution

  • Facilitate and project manage the development of all digital marketing and ecommerce creative assets within the Brand Creative Team
  • Project manage the creative and development process for global print and OOH campaigns with the Brand PR team
  • Manage approval process for all Brand Creative assets to ensure that stakeholders have signed-off as required
  • Ensure that the Brand Creative team is consistently delivering on time
  • Assist in the coordination and asset management of print production
  • Source and hire freelance designers if needed

Administration

  • Maintaining and organizing the brand team seasonal dates calendar, asset folder and assest archiving
  • Maintaining and refining processes, organizational templates, and communication/project management tools
  • Planning, scheduling, documenting required meetings related Brand Creative
