I would love for this t-shirt to be the holy-grail of t-shirts, but the fit needs some tweaks. More specifically at the armpit area.
The t-shirt would need just a bit of extra fabric at the armpit to allow for some movement. The fabric provides a nice amount of stretch so it won't prevent you from moving around, but some fit tweaks would make this t-shirt absolutely amazing.
