I'm 51 years old, 5'11 and 195 lbs. In "decent" shape but of course have a bit of a belly. These shirts (in size large) fit perfectly - snugger in the chest and arms (not too snug) but a little looser to hide the extra cheeseburgers I like to eat. Super soft too. My new go-to t's for sure.
