The Fit Guide
Measurements designed for a life on the move.
Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest with your arms relaxed at your sides. Ensure the tape measure remains flat and level across your back.
Shoulder
Measure across your upper back from the tip of one shoulder bone to the other.
Waist
Locate the narrowest part of your torso. Wrap the tape measure around, keeping it parallel to the floor. For the ideal balance of structure and comfort, leave a little breathing room, about one finger’s width, between the tape and your body.
Hips
Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part of your seat. Ensure the tape stays level to the ground so our technical fabrics can drape and move exactly as intended.
Inseam
Start with a pair of pants you already love. Measure the inside seam from the crotch down to the leg opening. It’s the most reliable way to guarantee your favorite length.

I ordered this online for store pickup. After almost a week of not hearing anything, I wrote to customer service.
They said they'd get back to me in 2 days. After several days, still no word from customer service. So I tried again and this time was told the shirt was ready for pickup. I called the store directly, just to make sure it was there, only to be told their system noted the shirt had already been picked up. I assured them I did not pick it up. The lovely salesperson at the Toronto Eaton Center store was very apologetic and figured out that a staff person had mistakenly marked the package as having been picked up. In the end, I was able to pick up the shirt., after two plus weeks of waiting then trying to track it down. I give the shirt a 5 star for quality.
Customer service (except to Toronto Eaton Center staff person) not so much.
