    Poor customer support

    The color was not at all as shown on the website. Very disappointing. Also disappointed with return process and not being able to talk to a real person. Am in limbo right now in regards to my ability to return the item. I'm not a fan of talking to a chat bot. I'm hoping that someone will respond in the next day, as I would like to purchase another color.
