Love the style and the softness of this sweater. Don’t love the customer service - the sweater took 2 weeks to arrive and when it did, it was stuffed in a fedex bag without the protection of tissue paper or a plastic bag. I already see small snags which could be due to this mishandling. Do better, Kit+Ace.
