We stand by our pieces - but if it’s not the right fit, here’s what you
need to know:

Kit and Ace will gladly accept returns on merchandise accompanied by the original receipt within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unopened and in as-new, resalable condition. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, if the original card is unavailable, Kit and Ace will issue a Kit and Ace gift card.

Return Window

  • Regular-Priced & Promotions:
    Exchange or return within 30 days for a full refund or merchandise credit.
  • Last Chance & Final Sale Markdowns: Not eligible for return or exchange.
    After 30 days: We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Final Sale

  • All markdown items and/or items tagged as Final Few/Price as Marked, are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Socks & Underwear are final sale items.

How to Return

  • In-Store Returns: Always free. Just bring your item(s) with the original or gift receipt.
  • Online Returns: A flat $8 CAD return shipping fee applies. Your return must be scanned by the courier within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges

  • In-store only. We do not offer online exchanges.

Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags attached.
  • Gift Receipts: Eligible for exchange or merchandise credit only.
  • Sezzle Purchases: Refunded based on the amount paid to date.
  • Gift Card Purchases: Refunded as merchandise credit to a new Gift Card. Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law.
  • Items purchased with a gift card: Regular Priced Items purchased with a Gift Card will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto a Gift Card.
  • No price adjustments on any items.

Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.

This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Additional Notes

All returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at Kit and Ace’s discretion. We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns in cases of suspected abuse or excessive returns.
